- Up next
Calendar subscription and the Monday email
Settings has a calendar link: subscribe in Apple, Google or Outlook Calendar and every item in Up next is an all-day event with what to do and an alarm at the lead time. On Mondays, one email per family or business with what is past due, what is due in 30 days, what waits in the Inbox and the worst gaps. Quiet families get no email.
- Inbox
Take a photo
A camera page for the phone: photograph one page or several and send them as one document, or a stack of receipts as one document each. Installed on the home screen, it is the app you open.
- Inbox
Mail from someone new can be read once or trusted
Held mail shows who sent it, with two buttons: read it once, or trust the sender, which allowlists them and releases everything else they have waiting.
- Security
Export everything
One button in Settings builds a ZIP with the originals decrypted into Category/Type folders, every fact as JSON and CSV, the people and things, and the full audit log. Download for seven days through a short-lived link.
- Library
Types Thaw proposed
When the reader meets a document no known type fits, it proposes one. Settings now lists them: accept as your own type, merge into an existing one, or reject. Documents waiting only on that are filed either way.
- Inbox
Email-in reads its first real document
A declarations page forwarded to a family address was received, read and filed as an Auto policy in under half a minute, with its facts, the people and vehicle it concerns, and three items in Up next: the premium due date, the automatic renewal and the end of term, each with what to do.
- Site
Comparisons with Trustworthy, Family Folder and Quicken LifeHub
Three more comparison pages, and the Granite page corrected against their changelog. Every page says what the other product does well and when to stay.
- Library
Search by a word, a name or an exact identifier
Type a policy number, a VIN or a last name into the Library and the matching documents come back, with the passage that matched. Identifiers are matched through a blind index, never a plaintext column.
- Import
Evernote and paperless-ngx imports
Drop an .enex export or the paperless-ngx exporter ZIP and the notebooks, tags, correspondents and document types ride along as hints to the reader. Large archives are read in two passes so the map fills in first.
- Checkup
The checkup
Thaw now knows what a person, vehicle, property or pet should have on file, and lists what is missing, lapsed, expired, duplicated or past retention, worst first, with where to get each one. Dismissing a gap with "sold the car" closes the vehicle.
- Security
Passkeys
Sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or a security key. The email link stays as the fallback. There are still no passwords.

- Security
Encryption and audit foundations
Per-document keys wrapped by per-account keys wrapped by a hardware-backed master key in AWS KMS; identifiers sealed with a blind index; an append-only, hash-chained audit log; delete destroys the key first.

Point it at the pile and walk away.
